As part of the BPO Competence Center at Sii, we are running a project for an international financial institution in which our team of 40 Specialists supports the operational business processes of banking systems.

Project work is characterized by high dynamics and the ability to work with data and tools such as Excel. Due to the international dimension of the project, the team works mainly in English.

Onboarding will be carried out at an office located in the center of Warsaw. After the implementation period, it is possible to work partly remotely.

• Updating data in internal systems
• Verification of data
• Document management
• Creating reports from customer data
• Communication with other teams in order to detect irregularities in internal databases
• Ensuring that internal process' deadlines are met
• Responsibility for ensuring the correctness of data in internal banking systems
• Work in an international environment - close cooperation with teams from Italy, Luxembourg, United Arab Emirates, Sweden, Singapore, and Great Britain 

• Very good English (work in the international environment)
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Analytical skills and strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and team player attitude
• Flexibility and openness to work in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Students or graduates - preferably in Linguistics
• Italian – nice to have
