Currently, we are looking for a Project Manager for our Digital Competency Center. Our main goal is to deliver the best software solutions and services for domestic and international clients. • Support pre-sales process
• Coordinate offers preparation
• Participate in business meetings with clients
• Plan project delivery and team setup
• Manage delivery from kick-off to go-live, to ongoing product development
• Control projects budget distribution
• Manage the quality of the product
• Manage communication, escalations, changes, and risks
• Manage remote project teams
• Ensure a positive, collaborative work environment for the team
• Solve people's management issues
• Creatively look for opportunities to develop the account, increase the success rate of managed projects, and bring in new businesses

• 3-5 years of project leadership
• Experience in managing software development based on web and mobile technologies, such as .NET, Java, PHP
• Taking ownership of projects and organized tasks
• A „can do” attitude and ability to work without close supervision
• English level – Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
• Ability to approach and communicate with a wide range of personalities – remote and onsite teams, client business owners
• Strong understanding of product development and project management life cycle
• The ability to actively participate in pre-sales (e.g. support during sales meetings)
