You will be joining a rapidly expanding Marketing team of over 30 people with different competencies – from web analytics to copywriters. Your work will be influential to the company’s business, including its image, recruitment, and sales processes.

• Prepare and implement marketing campaigns promoting Competence Centers’ offers, in order to obtain leads or to promote the Center 
• Support Competency Centers in Employer Branding activities in order to attract candidates
• Create sales materials (PR articles, case studies, presentations) and content on the websites indicated by Competency Center
• Prepare online campaigns for social media and the Google platform 
• Organize online and offline events
• Write mailings, working with a marketing automation tool
• Cooperate with graphic designers, copywriters, and video makers
• Create reports, analyses, and research on the effectiveness of marketing activities
• Competition benchmark, monitor trends in the field of marketing and propose new solutions

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a large company
• Excellent knowledge of Polish and English (spoken and written)
• Experience in preparing advertising content, product descriptions and materials for websites (also in the B2B segment)
• Knowledge about running campaigns with the use of Online Marketing tools
• Experience in organizing online and offline events
• Great work organization
