Currently, at the Project Management Competency Center, we’re recruiting for the position of Resource Manager.

The Project Management Competency Center conducts commercial activities in areas such as outsourcing project managers and PMO specialists, providing project management and PMO services as well as providing consulting, auditing, and crisis management services.

Your role

Working as a Line Manager in a team of Project Managers and PMO coordinators
Supporting the recruitment and hiring process
Managing the career path and employee development
Achieving the targeted level of team utilization
Ensuring contractual continuity of employees
Maintaining a low departure rate for subordinate employees
Effectively managing inquiries and candidates database
Actively participating in the processes of offering candidates to clients
Managing cost budget and participating in business development of the PM CC
Collaborating with other Resource Managers, Sales and Delivery Operations Specialists in the PM CC
Cooperating with the Recruitment and Sales Departments

Your skills

Professional experience in the area of recruitment, administration or sales
Experience in team management
Knowledge in the area of soft HR
Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills
Commitment, communication, and a positive attitude
Ability to plan and organize your own work and teamwork well
Very good command of English
Basic knowledge in the field of IT project management would be an asset
