Onboarding will be carried out at an office located in the center of Warsaw. We provide an opportunity to work partly remotely after the onboarding period.

• Updating data in internal systems
• Verifying data on clients investments in investment funds
• Transferring data between banking systems
• Analyzing data discrepancies performed in Excel with the use of macros
• Communicating with other teams in order to detect irregularities in internal databases
• Cooperating with transfer agents
• Working in an international environment – close cooperation with teams from Italy, Luxembourg, United Arab Emirates, Sweden, Singapore and Great Britain
• Ensuring that internal processes' deadlines are met
• Supervising the correctness of data in internal banking systems

• Very good level of English needed for work in the international environment
• Good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel)
• Analytical skills and strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and team player attitude
• Flexibility and openness to work in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Students or graduates – preferably from economics or finance fields
• Interest in financial markets would be an asset
