We are looking for an individual to join Sii's Marketing and Communications Team, support the sales department in the execution of marketing projects, and content creation, and take responsibility for developing our podcast.

• Write and publish high-quality press releases, media announcements, and articles
• Manage media relations: respond to press inquiries, develop media database
• Create crisis communications as required
• Prepare newsletters: select topics, write copy, ensure effectiveness
• Supervise corporate podcasts and vlogs: manage agenda, select topics, coordinate execution
• Run media monitoring and analysis of PR effectiveness
• Coordinate social media at Sii
• Support the Video Team to create strong content about Sii
• Create engaging marketing materials: articles, videos, presentations, and online campaigns – all with the support of the Online Marketing Team, Graphic Design, and Video Design Specialists

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and an ability to defend your ideas and persuade others to your point of view
• Fluency in English and Polish
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and complete them on time and to a high standard, attention to detail
• Crazy ambition, motivation, and fighting spirit
• Excellent interpersonal skills: charisma, positive energy, can-do attitude, and enthusiasm, make contacts and friends easily, build trust and credibility naturally, demonstrating professionalism and a positive attitude
• Minimum 3 years of experience in public relations or journalism in a corporate or newspaper environment
• Preferably a large network of media contacts
• Knowledge of marketing and communications tools, social media: Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Analytics

Optional:

• Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA
