You will be responsible for taking care of our clients and extending our services. Your goal is to build long-term relationships with our customers and grow current business.

• Building long-term relationships with the existing and new customers
• Cross-selling and up-selling Sii services to customers
• Preparing offers and cooperating with internal presales departments
• Recruiting and managing a team of IT engineers
• Maintaining professional contact with candidates and building good relationships with them

• At least 1 year of professional experience in a sales position or IT recruitment
• Very good English and Polish language skills
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Determination and ambition to achieve targets
• Ability to plan and organize own workflow and the team’s work, prioritize tasks, and focus on timeliness of problem-solving
• Openness, excellent communication skills
• Professional approach to work and a strong sense of responsibility for the customer
