As an Enablon Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for working on an Environmental Health and Safety Management (EHS) application called Enablon. You will deal with various modules, such as Environmental Health and Safety Management audit, inspection, events, CAPA, waste management, metrics, compliance, corporate risk, corporate security, business continuity management, etc.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating all EHS teams and cooperating with the Project RCM and Department Heads to implement the EHS Management System. In this role, you will also be responsible for ensuring initiatives and projects meet the core business requirements and impacted business processes are updated.

• Providing hands-on operational support for installed solutions and existing EHS&S (Environment, Health, Safety and Sustainability) solutions (Enablon)
• Leading and participating in process reviews, development, updates, or creation of associated documentation, working along with stakeholders
• Participating in standards and process creation, reviews, updates, development, and documentation
• Delivering and/or participating in standards, policies, or process education and awareness
• Successfully engaging, driving, and facilitating multiple initiatives and deliverables simultaneously
• Cooperating with users to define concepts or workflows and under the direction of Project Managers
• Working on requirement specifications according to standard templates
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining oversight on policies and procedures for the operation of the global EHS&S activities, ensuring all relevant business and regulatory requirements are met

• EHS&S expertise in a GMP environment including an in-depth understanding of business processes across different functional areas/ modules, such as Environmental Health and Safety Management audit, inspection, events, CAPA, waste management, metrics, compliance, corporate risk, corporate security and business continuity management, etc.
• At least 5 years of experience with and functional knowledge of the Enablon Platform
• Experience and knowledge of key integration points within EHS modules
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a technical Business Analyst with experience in EHS&S-based systems, reporting, and mobile technologies in support of operations and/or functions
• Ability to develop solutions to a wide range of complex problems, which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation
• Very good knowledge of English
