• Analyzing, developing, and coding software solutions in order to improve customer’s core business processes
• Dealing with or assisting in problem-solving activities
• Assuring code quality and adherence to coding standards in projects
• Cooperating with global staff to better understand Customer's requirements and needs
• Proactively suggesting improvements to existing functionalities
• Assisting in the development of technical documentation

• At least 3 years of working experience in complex environments in a similar position, working with Java
• Higher education (Computer Science degree or similar)
• Good knowledge of technology: Spring, Hibernate, or other frameworks/tools
• Knowledge of Git
• Experience with SQL and/or scripting language
• Business process analysis and design abilities
• Very good English communication skills
