To ensure further growth of our client base we are looking for a full-time Business Manager to sell Sii services in the nearshoring model to clients in the UK.

This role is based in the United Kingdom and as such all normal working days must be carried out in the United Kingdom.

The purpose of the Business Manager role is to build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities, setting and closing appointments with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Your role

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Present Sii's offer to prospective customers and sell the full range of Sii services
  • Generate leads, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, close deals and follow up on client requests
  • Direct responsibility for building a profitable client book
  • Conducting market analysis, target and engagement identification
  • Liaise with Sii Competence Centres and Recruitment departments to implement new services for clients

Your skills
  • 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the IT, B2B sector
  • Ability to find new business contacts, schedule & conduct business meetings, identify opportunities, prepare offers and win contracts
  • Willingness to travel around the UK if needed, and in addition 3-4 times a year to Poland to attend company events like training, knowledge sharing, inspiration sessions,
  • High-achieving personality, goal-orientation, dedication and self-reliance
  • Passion, determination, can-do attitude, natural ability to build good, positive relationships with people
