We’re looking for an individual to join Sii's CSR/ESG Team, responsible for ensuring ESG standard implementation and reporting.

• Participate in the development and implementation of the ESG strategy with a focus on decarbonization
• Fill out ESG surveys (ex. EcoVadis, CDP)
• Ensure that report annually aligns with GRI standards
• Collect and interpret ESG data from the organization, identify gaps and areas for improvement
• Track changes in ESG standards, ratings, and rankings, design, propose, and implement new solutions in line with legislative changes in the ESG area
• Promote ESG within and outside the organization by creating articles, reports, presentations, training
• Develop policies related to energy efficiency, waste reduction, modern slavery, employee diversity

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the ESG area
• Practical experience in reporting on sustainability issues, based on GRI Standards
• Knowledge of sustainability trends and related challenges and opportunities for business
• Practical knowledge of sustainability, non-financial reporting, EU and national regulations, and ESG ratings (CSRD, CSDD, CDP, EcoVadis, and similar)
• Knowledge of issues related to decarbonization and carbon footprint measurement
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and do them on time and with proper quality, attention to detail
• Great communication skills and ability to make contacts and friends easily, building trust and credibility upon first contact
• Good customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Openness to new knowledge, competence development, and personal growth
• Business awareness
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments

• Fluency in English and Polish
• A degree in a field of study (e.g., in environmental topics, postgraduate studies in sustainable development/ ESG) is welcome
