We are currently looking for an experienced Veeva Consultant to support a project for a global biotechnology company specializing in antibody-based therapies for the treatment of cancer and other serious diseases.

In this role, you will work within a regulated environment, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and digital teams to design and implement scalable solutions based on the Veeva Vault platform.

Your tasks

Managing end-to-end system changes, including requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, and validation
Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, Digital QA teams, and Digital Enablement teams
Translating business requirements into scalable and compliant system solutions
Conducting impact assessments and supporting change analysis and change management activities
Ensuring compliance with governance principles and quality standards
Supporting validation activities and maintaining system documentation
Participating in system release assessments and evaluating release impacts
Driving continuous improvements within Veeva Vault-based processes and solutions

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of proven experience with Veeva Vault, particularly Veeva RIM (Regulated Information Management) and/or Veeva Quality
Mandatory Veeva Administrator Certification
Hands-on experience in system configuration and implementation
Strong experience in impact assessments, change analysis, and change management
Previous experience working in a GxP-regulated environment
Experience managing validation documentation within Veeva Quality
Knowledge of Veeva release management and release impact assessment processes
Ability to work independently and proactively in a structured, solution-oriented manner
Excellent English communication skills

Nice to have

Experience in digital validation using tools such as Jira Xray

Twoje zadania

Zarządzanie zmianami systemowymi end-to-end, w tym zbieranie wymagań, uzgadnianie ze stronami zainteresowanymi, projektowanie rozwiązań, konfiguracja, wdrożenie, testowanie i walidacja
Ścisła współpraca z interesariuszami biznesowymi, zespołami Digital QA oraz zespołami Digital Enablement
Tłumaczenie wymagań biznesowych na skalowalne i zgodne rozwiązania systemowe
Przeprowadzanie ocen wpływu oraz wsparcie w analizie zmian i zarządzaniu zmianami
Zapewnienie zgodności z zasadami nadzoru i standardami jakości
Wsparcie działań walidacyjnych oraz utrzymanie dokumentacji systemowej
Udział w ocenie wydań systemu oraz analizie wpływu wydań
Inicjowanie ciągłych usprawnień w procesach i rozwiązaniach opartych na Veeva Vault

Wymagania

Minimum 5 lat udokumentowanego doświadczenia z Veeva Vault, w szczególności Veeva RIM (Regulated Information Management) i/lub Veeva Quality
Obowiązkowa certyfikacja Veeva Administrator
Praktyczne doświadczenie w konfiguracji i wdrażaniu systemu
Doświadczenie w ocenie wpływu, analizie zmian oraz zarządzaniu zmianami
Doświadczenie w pracy w środowisku regulowanym GxP
Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu dokumentacją walidacyjną w Veeva Quality
Znajomość procesów zarządzania wydaniami Veeva oraz oceny wpływu wydań
Umiejętność samodzielnej i proaktywnej pracy w sposób uporządkowany i zorientowany na rozwiązania
Doskonale umiejętności komunikacji w języku angielskim

Mile widziane

Doświadczenie w walidacji cyfrowej z wykorzystaniem narzędzi takich jak Jira Xray
