We are looking for a Retail Integration Analyst to work closely with the Retail Solution Architect on analyzing, designing, testing, and delivering integrations across POS, ERP, digital commerce, and omnichannel systems.

The role will focus on translating retail business needs into clear functional requirements and ensuring that new capabilities work consistently across the wider retail technology landscape. You will collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to understand end-to-end processes, define integration requirements, support solution design, and coordinate testing activities.

Your tasks

Analyzing end-to-end retail processes and integrations covering sales, returns, pricing, promotions, stock, master data, orders, and fulfilment
Translating business requirements into process flows, functional specifications, interface mappings, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios
Supporting solution design by identifying integration impacts, data dependencies, business rules, and cross-system requirements
Planning and coordinating functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing with internal teams and external vendors
Supporting POS releases, store rollouts, system upgrades, and new omnichannel capabilities such as click and collect, unified returns, and endless aisle
Collaborating with ERP, POS, digital, integration, and business teams to align requirements and delivery
Validating data flows, API payloads, interface mappings, and cross-system behaviour
Maintaining process documentation, interface mappings, test evidence, and functional guides
Supporting defect analysis and resolution across integrated retail systems
Contributing to the continuous improvement of retail integration processes and delivery practices

Requirements

In-depth knowledge of POS systems and core retail processes, including sales, returns, pricing, promotions, inventory, and master data
At least 3 years of practical experience with retail integrations, APIs, middleware, message queues, or event-driven architectures
Good understanding of data flows, API payloads, JSON/XML, interface mappings, and cross-system dependencies
Previous work with business requirements, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, test cases, and defect documentation
Solid knowledge of functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing in multi-system environments
Ability to identify integration impacts, data dependencies, and business rules across retail technology landscapes
Experience working with technical teams, business stakeholders, solution architects, and external vendors
Strong analytical, structured, proactive, and problem-solving approach
Ability to work effectively in a fast-changing retail technology environment
Fluent English - minimum B2 level

Nice to have

Experience with ERP-to-POS, digital commerce, payment, or omnichannel integrations
Exposure to SAP Integration Suite/CPI, Google Cloud Apigee, iPaaS, or comparable integration platforms
Background in omnichannel retail, POS rollouts, system upgrades, or retail transformation initiatives
Working knowledge of Postman or similar API and data-analysis tools
Awareness of cloud-based integration architectures
Knowledge of event-driven integration patterns and message-based architectures

Tłumaczenie wymagań biznesowych na schematy procesów, specyfikacje funkcjonalne, mapowania interfejsów, kryteria akceptacji i scenariusze testowe
Wsparcie projektowania rozwiązań poprzez identyfikację wpływu integracji, zależności danych, reguł biznesowych i wymagań między systemami
Planowanie i koordynacja testów funkcjonalnych, integracyjnych, regresyjnych i end-to-end z zespołami wewnętrznymi i zewnętrznymi dostawcami
Wsparcie wydań POS, wdrożeń sklepów, aktualizacji systemów oraz nowych funkcji omnichannel, takich jak click and collect, zunifikowane zwroty i endless aisle
Współpraca z zespołami ERP, POS, digital, integracji i biznesowymi w celu uzgodnienia wymagań i dostaw
Weryfikacja przepływów danych, ładunków API, mapowań interfejsów i zachowań między systemami

Wymagania

Dogłębna znajomość systemów POS i podstawowych procesów handlu detalicznego, w tym sprzedaży, zwrotów, cen, promocji, zapasów i danych podstawowych
Co najmniej 3 lata praktycznego doświadczenia z integracjami handlu detalicznego, API, middleware, kolejkami komunikatów lub architekturami zdarzeniowymi
Dobra znajomość przepływów danych, ładunków API, JSON/XML, mapowań interfejsów i zależności między systemami
Doświadczenie w pracy z wymaganiami biznesowymi, specyfikacjami funkcjonalnymi, kryteriami akceptacji, przypadkami testowymi i dokumentacją defektów
Solidna wiedza na temat testów funkcjonalnych, integracyjnych, regresyjnych i end-to-end w środowiskach wielosystemowych
