We are looking for an experienced Veeva Consultant to join our remote team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Veeva Vault and Regulated Information Management (RIM) to deliver impactful solutions in a fast-paced, regulated environment. You will work directly with business stakeholders, Digital QA, and Digital Enablement to translate requirements into scalable system solutions. Your tasks

Managing configuration and validation documentation for system changes in Veeva Quality and RIM
Conducting impact assessments and change analysis/change management
Gathering requirements and aligning with stakeholders to ensure effective solution design
Designing and prototyping solutions tailored to business needs
Implementing configurations and overseeing system changes end-to-end
Conducting thorough testing and validation of system changes
Ensuring compliance with GxP regulations and maintaining validated systems
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant role
Proven experience in Veeva RIM and a strong background in impact assessments
Experience working in a GxP regulated environment
Hands-on experience managing system validation documentation in Veeva Quality
Familiarity with Veeva General Releases and release impact handling
Strong ability to manage system changes from requirement gathering through to testing and validation
Veeva Certified Administrator certification is required
Fluent English

Hands-on execution of digital validation using Jira Xray
Experience with Veeva Quality

Zbieranie wymagań i współpraca z interesariuszami w celu zapewnienia efektywnego projektowania rozwiązań
Projektowanie i prototypowanie rozwiązań dostosowanych do potrzeb biznesowych
Wdrażanie konfiguracji i nadzór nad zmianami systemowymi od początku do końca
Przeprowadzanie szczegółowych testów i walidacji zmian systemowych
Zapewnianie zgodności z regulacjami GxP oraz utrzymanie zwalidowanych systemów
Współpraca z zespołami międzyfunkcyjnymi w celu dostarczania wysokiej jakości rozwiązań

Wymagania

Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku
Udokumentowane doświadczenie w Veeva RIM oraz silne kompetencje w ocenie wpływu zmian
Doświadczenie w pracy w środowisku regulowanym przez GxP
Praktyczne doświadczenie w zarządzaniu dokumentacją walidacyjną systemu w Veeva Quality
Znajomość Veeva General Releases oraz zarządzania wpływem wydań
Silna umiejętność zarządzania zmianami systemowymi od zbierania wymagań po testy i walidację
Wymagane posiadanie certyfikatu Veeva Certified Administrator
Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego
