The legacy landscape could no longer scale or provide the centralized data foundation the business required.

Sii delivered an end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementation, engaging a multidisciplinary team across ERP, CRM, integration, and cloud.
Scope included:
- Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management for finance, procurement, sales, warehousing, and production
- Dynamics 365 Sales to centralize CRM and customer service processes
- Dynamics 365 Field Service to support field operations and device maintenance
- Integration with e-commerce and PIM to ensure consistency of product and sales data
- Microsoft Azure as the secure, scalable cloud foundation for the entire landscape
