So far, website development had been carried out in parallel across several content management systems, including Umbraco, Starterkit, and Shopify, which increased the complexity of maintenance and website migrations. Each new marketing initiative required frontend changes, style adjustments, and, in some cases, migration to newer solutions. A fragmented operating model with multiple initiatives running in parallel made it difficult to scale activities and maintain a consistent quality standard.

To streamline the development of its web ecosystem and enable efficient rollout of changes across multiple markets, the client partnered with Sii Polska, leveraging its expertise in e-commerce and CMS platforms, frontend development, headless architectures, and integrations with business systems.
