64 full-time employees hired and onboarded in Poland
New local organization established through a structured BOT model
Setting up operations in a new country
Trackforce wanted to expand its operational footprint in Central and Eastern Europe and establish a new site in Wroclaw, Poland. The company needed to scale its business, access a strong talent pool, and reduce costs connected with high-cost locations. The goal was clear: build a fully functional local organization fast enough to support its expansion in Europe.
The new site had to cover several business-critical areas, including sales, marketing, product and engineering, finance, human resources, information technology, customer support, and back-office operations. Trackforce needed to hire, onboard, and enable around 60 people within 12 months.
This required more than recruitment capacity. The company needed local market knowledge, operational support, office setup assistance, hardware procurement, and guidance on building a Polish presence from the ground up.
The timeline made the challenge more demanding. Trackforce had to move quickly while maintaining hiring quality, cultural fit, and readiness for day-one operations. The company also needed to build trust among candidates who were joining a brand that was still establishing its local presence in Poland.
Trackforce selected Sii because of its strong, recognized employer brand in Poland, local candidate database, and proven experience supporting international companies entering the Polish market. Sii’s references, including experience shared by existing clients, helped Trackforce understand the local business environment and compare potential locations. The company also valued Sii’s responsiveness, flexibility, mature operating model, and ability to mobilize multiple recruitment and competency teams within a short timeline.
Build-Operate-Transfer as the delivery model
Sii experts were responsible for building, operating, and preparing Trackforce’s new multidisciplinary team in Poland for a structured transfer to the client.
The scope of work included:
- Recruiting candidates for business-critical roles across sales, marketing, product and engineering, finance, human resources, information technology, customer support, and back-office operations
- Screening 952 candidates and presenting selected professionals to Trackforce’s executive team
- Hiring and onboarding 64 full-time employees within 7 months
- Managing the team’s daily operations from Sii’s office while Trackforce prepared to launch its local branch
- Sharing local market expertise, best practices, and proven ways of working to support day-one readiness
- Supporting office selection and setup for Trackforce’s new Wroclaw site
- Procuring hardware for the new team
- Building local awareness of the Trackforce brand in Poland
- Preparing and transferring the fully functional organization to Trackforce
A faster market entry with a fully operational local team
With Sii’s support, Trackforce built a transfer-ready Wroclaw organization in 6 months instead of the initially planned 12. Sii continued to operate the team until the final transfer after 7 months, giving Trackforce a ready-to-work team across business, technology, and back-office functions. The Build-Operate-Transfer model allowed the company to enter the Polish market without building every local capability on its own from day one.
The project helped Trackforce combine three priorities in one delivery path: speed, cost control, and access to qualified talent. By using Sii Poland’s recognized employer brand, candidate database, recruitment capacity, and local market knowledge, Trackforce was able to hire people who could otherwise be hesitant to join a company still building its local presence in Poland.
“Working with Sii was highly collaborative. They’re execution-oriented and deeply aligned with our values. They take a people-first approach. They’re focused on culture, engagement, and building a long-term partnership.” – Danielle Tabor, CPO at Trackforce
The new site also strengthened Trackforce’s product and operational capacity in Europe. With a Center of Excellence covering sales and marketing, product and engineering, finance, and human resources, the company gained a stronger base for increasing development velocity, improving future product quality, and building next-generation solutions faster.
