A platform used at high-traffic conferences and events must provide not only stable performance, but also fast analytics enablement for each new deployment. As the client scaled, it needed a repeatable way to configure analytics for multiple new conferences and customers – without rebuilding tracking from scratch every time.
Another key requirement was capturing user interactions with scientific and educational content presented as interactive posters. This required consistent tracking of content metadata (e.g., contextual information about a poster) and ensuring the same data logic across different deployments – regardless of event, location, or implementation team.
GA4 standard and a reusable GTM template for repeatable rollouts
Sii Poland delivered a complete set of standards and implementation assets that structure analytics configuration and enable fast, repeatable launch for new conferences. Instead of manually setting up events and dimensions from zero each time, the client received a reusable baseline and clear instructions that prevent inconsistent configurations.
Scope included:
- Creating a master list of GA4 event names and descriptions to ensure data consistency across all future deployments
- Producing step-by-step guidance for configuring GA4 custom dimensions to collect and visualize interactive poster metadata
- Building a baseline Google Tag Manager container as a preconfigured template for new conferences
- Delivering a step-by-step rollout procedure for deploying the GTM container and updating GA4 Measurement IDs to accelerate onboarding of new customers

With the standards delivered by Sii Poland, the client significantly reduced the time needed to enable analytics for new conferences and customers. The reusable GTM template and standardized GA4 events lowered the risk of manual configuration errors and improved data integrity across deployments.
At the same time, the organization gained consistent visibility into deeper user interactions with content – at the poster-metadata level – making engagement data easier to compare across events. As a result, the client can deploy analytics faster, benchmark results between conferences more effectively, and provide organizers and partners with more reliable insights into attendee engagement.
