About the client
Multinational electronics company headquartered in South Korea. It comprises four business units: home entertainment, mobile communications, home appliances & air solutions, and vehicle components.
The client was looking for an outsourcing partner to provide a Field Support service for the factory located in Biskupice Podgórne. The main challenge was limited ability to recruit local resources due to a difficult geographical location and night shifts coverage, where support was needed.
What we did
- Delivered an on-site Service 23:00 – 7:00, six nights a week
- Supported local personnel with regards to active LAN devices, network issues troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance
- Provided adequate end-day reporting
