As the number of partners and marketing campaigns increased, PAYBACK required a coherent, scalable environment for data management and communications. The lack of centralization and automation limited growth and created additional operating costs. The company tasked Sii Poland with developing a cloud-based solution to automate data flows and accelerate marketing activities.

PAYBACK’s strategic goal was to shorten campaign lead times and give partners easy access to up-to-date data and communication tools.
Sii assembled a dedicated team of engineers – developers, cloud specialists, and testers – to deliver the full lifecycle: from analysis to implementation and process automation in the cloud.
Scope of Sii’s work:
- Automated application deployment and reduced time-to-market for new features using Cloud Build and Git
- Reliable application runtime and monitoring, ensuring high service availability with Cloud Run and Cloud Monitoring
- Development of scalable modules for data exchange and personalized communications using Java, JavaScript, and SQL

With the new applications, PAYBACK improved operational efficiency and reduced costs associated with manual data processing. Cloud solutions allow the system to scale easily with the growing number of users and partners, while built-in monitoring ensures service stability and security.
In the long term, PAYBACK gained a competitive advantage through faster response to market needs, the ability to run more campaigns in parallel, and a reduction in campaign launch times from several days to hours. The stable cloud infrastructure supports compliance with the stringent requirements of the financial and insurance sectors, where reliability and data security are critical.
