Hrannar has almost 25 years of experience in IT for financial companies. He has had various roles and responsibilities, most of them related to management. Currently he is the Head of Enterprice at Arion bank in Iceland, supervising the Banks Enterprize Architecture, security management, quality and compliance management, ITIL processes and operations and all procurement for IT. He has been involved in numerous IT projects in recent years as a direct participant, steering group member and supporting party. Hrannar has studied, worked and lived in Denmark, Norway and Iceland. He holds a MBA degree in Technology, Market and Organization from Copenhagen Business School, a degree in Computer Science from the University of Iceland and holds a bachelor‘s degree in Education (B.Ed) from the University of Iceland.

In addition to that he is responsible for Business Continuity Management globally across IG offices worldwide. Tomasz is also an Executive Board member of ASPIRE, one of the largest Business Association for Technology and Business Services companies in CEE region. Before joining IG Group Tomasz worked for State Street as Managing Director and Head of Business Services. During that time the Polish branch has grown from 1500 to 6000 employees. From 2007 to 2013 he was working for HSBC where he was involved in the startup of the Service Centre in Kraków and Ostrava, Czech Republic. Before that he was working at Capgemini Technology as a Transition Manager in Kraków and Katowice.

In his latest role in startup 10x Psychology, Jan built the core IT Team based in the UK and partnered with nearshore providers to accelerate the development of 10x solutions and Security/Support functions.

Ryszard Pytko has been working at Sii Poland since February 2011. It is then that he started preparations for the opening of Sii Cracow – Sii’s fifth Polish branch. Under his management, the branch grew dynamically to win the yearly award for the best Sii site in 2016. Also, he led the Sii Katowice establishment project. In March 2017, Ryszard was promoted to Chief Commercial Officer and is currently responsible for the sales strategy, processes and management, as well as supervising the Recruitment Department and Delivery Centers. Work is both his passion and source of satisfaction.
