  • Practical Experience: We teach what we apply ourselves in projects for the world's largest companies.
  • Substantive Support: We help prepare justifications for choosing the training, which is crucial for a positive decision from the Labor Office.
  • Flexibility: We deliver training both online and on-site, adapting to your team's schedule.
  • Reputation and Certification: Participants receive market-recognized Sii Poland certificates as well as international technical certifications.

WHAT IS THE NATIONAL TRAINING FUND (KFS)?

KFS is a dedicated part of the Labor Fund designed to support the lifelong learning of employers and employees. The initiative aims to prevent job losses by adapting workforce skills to the changing demands of the economy.

Key facts about KFS:

  • Target Audience: Any employer (a natural person, organizational unit, or company) who employs at least one employee under an employment contract.
  • Funding Level (Own Contribution):
    • Up to 90% of costs – for micro-enterprises (up to 9 employees); the employer covers a minimum 10% own contribution.
    • Up to 70% of costs – for other companies (medium and large employers); the employer covers a minimum 30% own contribution.
  • Main Spending Priorities:
    • Management and Communication: Support for training in counteracting discrimination and mobbing, building social dialogue, and workplace integration.
    • Shortage Occupations: Funding for education in professions facing labor shortages (according to the local Occupational Barometer).
    • New Technologies and Transformation: Digital competency development, utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) in company processes, and "green skills."
    • Health and Care Sector: Support for the healthcare, care services industry, and social enterprises.

Detailed application evaluation criteria, recruitment deadlines, and any additional local priorities (e.g., from the KFS reserve) are determined individually by the competent District Labor Office (PUP).

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

Read the FAQ

1.
Who can benefit from the funding?

Funding for training from KFS can be used by an employee employed under an employment contract or an employer who employs at least one worker under such a form (both companies and sole proprietorships). Unfortunately, employment based on a mandate contract (umowa zlecenie) or a specific-task contract (umowa o dzieło) does not qualify for funding.

2.
What funds are allocated for training under KFS in 2026?

In 2026, KFS has planned to allocate PLN 419,591,000 for training funding (including PLN 417,493,000 as the general pool dedicated directly to the activities of District Labor Offices, which distribute funds through recruitment rounds and reserves for employers).

A detailed expenditure plan broken down by voivodeships, along with current, nationwide spending priorities (which this year include artificial intelligence, digital competencies, and green skills), is available on the “Nationwide Spending Priorities in 2026” page:  Ogólnopolskie priorytety wydatkowania w roku 2026. 3.
What kind of training can be funded in 2026 with Sii Trainings?

In 2026, support from the National Training Fund (KFS) can be obtained in 4 main areas (national priorities) designated by the Ministry of Family, Labor, and Social Policy. Sii Trainings’ comprehensive offer perfectly aligns with the key priorities:

  • New Technologies and Digital Competencies Area (National Priority No. 3): Includes support related to implementing new processes, technologies, and work tools in companies. In this area, Sii Trainings allows you to finance courses in Artificial Intelligence (AI), process automation, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data analytics, and programming.
  • Management and Communication Area (National Priority No. 1): Includes training in modern leadership, upgrading managerial skills, building an organizational culture based on counteracting discrimination and mobbing, as well as developing dialogue and team integration.
  • Shortage Occupations Area (National Priority No. 2): Enables the financing of training for professions lacking specialists in a given region (according to the local “Occupational Barometer”). Sii training courses for highly sought-after programmers, testers, analysts, or project managers (Agile, Scrum) perfectly meet these criteria.
