An international company, a world leader in the construction of electric and power grids, active in many sectors, focused on technologies from the area of energy and automation, operating in over 100 countries, employing about 110 000 people
The challenge
The client needed to improve the effectiveness of training in internal production procedures. The existing, unclear materials required the use of multiple documents at the same time. This resulted in a low exam pass rate after the training and translated into a poor quality of work.
What we did
- Proposed and created onboarding e-learning trainings, consolidating existing materials, with the use of Articulate Storyline 360 and Adobe CC 2021
- Edited the content and presented it in a coherent, interactive form, allowing employees to quickly find key elements, based on the client’s brandbook
