About the client
One of the largest banks in Central and Eastern Europe with more than 1,000 branches and 5 million customers.
The challenge
The client needed a team of developers and analysts to integrate the bank’s systems, in order to understand the architecture of enterprise systems and data warehouses and the ways of data integration. Another goal was to acquire the necessary skills for building integration solutions in the Informatica PowerCenter tool
What we did
- Held a meeting with the client to thoroughly analyze and define the training needs
- Created a proprietary training scope based on a large number of practical exercises
- Developed a workshop environment on equipment and systems prepared by the client
- Conducted a 2-day training in an online form via MS Teams for analysts, developers and system administrators
