About the client
A satellite digital platform and the first Polish pay TV channel, operating since 1995. The channel broadcasts film premieres, series, documentaries, sports events, and short films from around the world.
The challenge
The company wanted to help the employees with adapting to the work environment. For this purpose, the company needed a dedicated workshop supporting problem-solving and providing flexibility, to create a space for innovation and cooperation in the organization.
