The project was delivered by a multidisciplinary team combining QA, DevOps, and Java development expertise, which built a dedicated testing environment capable of simulating thousands of concurrent transactions.
Scope of work included:
- Developing a testing module in Apache JMeter simulating real cashier operations
- Designing test scenarios reflecting typical retail sales processes
- Conducting load tests for 3 000 concurrent users
- Analyzing test results and preparing reports understandable for both business and technical teams
Thanks to realistic simulations, potential bottlenecks were identified before the production rollout. The insights gained enabled system optimization and confirmed its readiness to operate in a high-transaction environment.
