By using Shopify POS, the theatre gained a single system for managing both online and in-person sales during events. A centralized data repository provides real-time visibility into inventory levels, pricing, and sales performance across all channels.
The solution also simplified daily operations. The intuitive administration panel allows theatre staff to manage products and content independently, without technical support.
