About the client
A leader in the Polish pharmaceutical market focused on the development and manufacture of biosimilars and biologic medicines, offering modern drugs, substances, and innovative solutions for patients and business partners from around the world. The company employs almost 5000 people and producer around 800 different types of life-saving drugs.
The challenge
Due to the low level of usage among workers, the client needed to adapt several Office 365 applications and train the employees about their functionalities.
What we did
- Conducted two training sessions on site: one for selected business champions and the other for management-level employees.
- Created an adoption portal with all the necessary learning materials, documents, videos, etc.
- Organized a number of online training sessions, recorded and also published on the adoption portal.
