The challenge
Implementing a production tester powered by LabVIEW using the National Instruments measurement system, in order to increase the efficiency of performing tests on the assembly line.

- We defined configuration files and logs
- We designed the GUI of tester
- We designed the tester architecture
- We implemented device modules based on LabVIEW components
- We programmed the logic using G language
Effects
Much less effort is needed to perform tests on the assembly line. The tests are executed semi-automatically, according to a defined test procedure.
