The global telecommunications company has been developing solutions used by mobile operators around the world. One of the key areas of work involved a component responsible for handling communication in an IMS Session Border Controller environment, which was essential for the stable operation of telecommunications services.
The need to quickly expand the team emerged on the side of one of the client’s most important customers – a global telecommunications operator that expected faster development of new product features in subsequent Program Increment iterations.
Time pressure was high, and the project required specialists who could join the team without a lengthy onboarding process. The key was to combine software development experience with domain knowledge of IP Multimedia Subsystem solutions and familiarity with communication protocols used in telecommunications systems.
