Client is launching an intensive in-house delivery initiative with very challenging timelines — initial milestone targeted for June, followed by a larger delivery milestone in November. The programme is currently starting with approximately one month's delay, which increases delivery pressure across the teams.
The project is being delivered in an Agile setup, with a strong focus on engineering acceleration and AI-supported development practices. The technical landscape is based on Java Microservices, PostgreSQL and on-prem deployment model. Teams are already leveraging GitHub Copilot and are actively exploring an “agentic-first” engineering approach.
