Team Leader
Her adventure with Sii began in April 2022. She joined the company as an intern, then worked as a Sales and Delivery Operations Specialist, and after a year in the organization, she was promoted to Team Leader. As part of the CC ITO (sub-CC Service Desk), she is responsible for coordinating the work of team members and liaising with end customers to ensure the high quality of the services. Yuliia appreciates that Sii offers many development opportunities and creates a pleasant, supportive, and motivating working environment.
Michele Morelli
Program Manager
Experienced and certified Programme and IT Manager with nearly 20 years of international experience delivering complex technology and data transformation initiatives in banking and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Program Manager for a major global banking client, leading Data Analytics, Data Controls and Data Taxonomy programmes. He has held senior leadership roles in global organizations, delivering cloud data platforms, global ERP implementations, and enterprise‑scale security and networking programmes. Holds an MBA and a degree in Telecommunications Engineering, supported by multiple Agile, Programme Management and Microsoft data and AI certifications. A multilingual leader fluent in five languages, known for strategic thinking, strong business acumen and a leadership style focused on high‑performing international teams and strong governance.
Tina Zhuk
Business Manager
Tina joined Sii in 2019 as a Sales Specialist. Currently, she works as a Business Manager on a team serving one of the company's largest clients. Her ultimate professional and personal goal is to become a better person and specialist. She focuses on personal development and the development of her colleagues and employees. Privately, Tina is passionate about climbing, sports, good books, and painting.
Vladyslava Dmytriieva
Delivery Manager
At Sii, she holds the position of Delivery Manager in the E-commerce team. Her experience in project management, gained in various roles, has provided her with a broad perspective, experience and flexibility in adapting project delivery methods to customer needs and requirements. In her work, Vladyslava particularly enjoys pre-sales activities, which give her the opportunity to gain new technical knowledge and create customized solutions. Her work has had a significant impact on the development of companies in the e-commerce field, helping them to optimize their commerce platforms, implement modern technology solutions and improve operational efficiency.
