About the client
The General Inspectorate of Road Transport (GITD) was established to monitor compliance with the rules applicable to the performance of road transport and the non-profit transport of persons and goods. It works primarily to eliminate all negative phenomena in road transport.
The challenge
The dynamic development of the road transport sector and the increasing number of cars call for continuous improvement and the introduction of new systems allowing efficient control of compliance with road traffic regulations. GITD carries out several projects and IT undertakings simultaneously; hence the need for their coordination and management in a methodical way, guaranteeing the expected results.
What we did
We have taken charge of a pool of projects carried out by GITD. We manage projects using widely recognized methodologies such as Prince2, sharing experience and disseminating good practices.
Effect
Achieving the set project objectives, e.g. timely completion of next project stages and delivery of products of the required quality.
