Development and maintenance of client's system

The challenge

Digitization and automation of business processes in different areas of the client’s operation.

What we did

We built a team including a solution architect, 2 developers and a software tester. Up to this day we have created 4 systems operating in the production environment, supporting the work of the following departments:

• Production – support and automation of a part of one of the production processes
• Logistics – support of the package ordering process
• Administration – support of the entire booking process ( taxis, hotels, restaurants) and the planning and support of business visits.
• Finance/ Accounting – support of planning, acceptance and settlement of business trips

We are responsible for the entire process of producing software – from the stage of collecting the requirements, through working out the architecture, the development, deployment and maintenance in the production environment, up to the further development of the system.

Effects

The implemented systems have significantly simplified and improved the work efficiency of the departments which were the beneficiaries of the new systems and allowed to leave behind settling/ servicing processes using printed documents/ excel spreadsheets.
