To centralize information from number of companies into a unified intranet solution easily accessible via a web browser and the Microsoft Teams application
What we did
- Implemented MS Teams as the central hub for accessing the Intranet portal.
- The solution, built on SharePoint Hub Sites, ensures role-based access for content editors.
- Developed a custom phone book utilizing SharePoint/Delve profile properties.
- Established a clear and accessible document repository, facilitating streamlined content and information delivery for field workers.
- Ongoing definition of requirements accompanied the project’s implementation—maintaining frequent communication with the client to prevent any requirement from being overlooked
- Introduction of the first module of MS Viva – Connections
