The challenge
The client had a need to start an end-to-end Agile transformation, which is essential for IT and the business to work together properly. Until now, the two departments had been separate silos, causing a number of software delivery problems. Due to the nature of the problem, which involved a change in the structure of the organization, the client decided to work with Sii experts. The main goal was to reduce the time needed to implement business changes. An additional goal was to introduce a culture of self-improvement in the organization.
What we did
- Implemented Scrum methodology for software development with the participation of Agile Coach and Scrum Masters
- Merged the planning processes of specialists and management to enable effective collaboration.
- Established new roles and responsibilities at the organizational level because of the change.
- Carried out all implementations in the Atlassian stack for better planning, monitoring, and reporting.
- Provided support for subsequent cloud-to-cloud migrations.
