The construction group operates a wide portfolio of parallel projects across road, railway, airport, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. With no central system for managing IT services and the project portfolio, reporting was fragmented, decision-making processes were prolonged, and resource planning involved a higher risk of errors.
The existing tools did not provide a consistent model for monitoring progress, and information was distributed across multiple departments. Although the organization had no previous experience with the ServiceNow platform, it needed a solution that would standardize processes, speed up infrastructure and governance deployment for new construction contracts, and provide greater control over IT services.
The decision to cooperate with Sii Poland was driven by the need to organize project and IT processes and shorten the time required to deliver subsequent initiatives.
End-to-end implementation of the ServiceNow platform
Sii Poland delivered a comprehensive implementation of the ServiceNow platform, covering IT Service Management (ITSM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), creating a centralized environment for IT service operations and project portfolio management. The project was executed end-to-end, from environment configuration and process implementation to post-go-live support and further platform development.
The scope of work included:
- implementation of ITSM and SPM modules to standardize IT service management and project delivery
- application of the CSDM (Common Service Data Model) framework to organize data structures and improve information consistency across the platform
- setup of log monitoring and notifications for key user actions to increase operational control
- enablement of a temporary access request workflow, ensuring controlled and secure time-bound access management
- provision of ongoing platform support, upgrades, and improvements to maintain compatibility with new ServiceNow releases and support evolving business needs

The ServiceNow platform enabled faster and more transparent project delivery across the organization. Integration of ITSM and SPM modules provided full visibility into IT operations and project status, streamlined workflows, and simplified reporting and audit preparation. Standardized processes and improved access control strengthened platform security and governance.
