To meet the growing demands of our clients and support our expanding portfolio of projects, we are seeking a dynamic leader to establish and manage our new subsidiary in Copenhagen, Denmark. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Sii in the region, build a high-performing team, and drive our mission forward in the Danish market.

Your Mission: You will hold full P&L responsibility, managing the strategic direction and operational execution of Sii Denmark. You will be supported by Sii Poland’s robust back-office (Shared Services), allowing you to focus on growth, leadership, and client acquisition.

Your tasks

Leadership & Management:
Build and manage the company according to Sii's mission, goals, and values
Ensure that Sii operations are conducted according to applicable local law and internal Sii procedures
Manage all areas of company operations in Denmark, with the support of Sii Poland (Sales, Recruitment, Service Delivery, HR, Payroll, Legal, etc.)
Effectively manage local partners and vendors (e.g., payroll/accounting providers)
Recruitment & Culture: Assure an efficient recruitment process—hiring competent, talented individuals who possess the "Sii Spirit" and share our values
Team Management: Set SMART quarterly and yearly goals, plan and monitor KPIs, and support team members whenever needed
Onboarding: Welcome new employees to Sii, ensuring they feel integrated and supported from day one
Conflict Resolution: Proactively manage team dynamics and resolve conflicts if they appear
Feedback: Provide honest, constructive feedback and mentorship
Compensation: Manage team remuneration and budgets properly
Office Management: oversee the office environment, taking care of the atmosphere and ensuring a professional impression for workers and candidates
Strategy: Implement a specific local recruitment, marketing, and employer branding strategy for Sii Denmark
Business Development:
Sales Strategy: Sell Sii’s offerings in the Danish market
Prospecting: Build a local prospect list and register new contacts in our CRM system
Client Engagement: Make initial contact and meet prospects to explore their needs
Closing: Negotiate contracts according to Sii legal standards; win deals to open new accounts or increase business with active accounts
Support: Assist Sii business development by assuring a fast and efficient recruitment process of Danish engineers for Sii clients/projects requiring services from Denmark
Internal Promotion: Promote Sii Denmark among Sii managers globally to foster cooperation

Requirements

Min. 10 years of professional experience in Sales (IT/Engineering services) or Recruitment
A proven track record of successfully managing a team, department, or company
Entrepreneurial and business-oriented approach with natural determination and a "can-do" attitude
Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, honesty, and a professional approach to work
Outstanding interpersonal and natural leadership skills
Higher education degree (IT or Business degree preferred)
Excellent communication skills, including full professional proficiency in Danish
Experience working in a multinational environment

Przywództwo i zarządzanie:
Budowanie i zarządzanie firmą zgodnie z misją, celami i wartościami Sii
Zapewnienie, że operacje Sii są prowadzone zgodnie z obowiązującym prawem lokalnym i wewnętrznymi procedurami Sii
Zarządzanie wszystkimi obszarami działalności firmy w Danii, przy wsparciu Sii Polska (sprzedaż, rekrutacja, Service Delivery, HR, płace, dział prawny itp.)
Skuteczne zarządzanie lokalnymi partnerami i dostawcami (np. dostawcami usług płacowych/księgowych).
Rekrutacja i kultura: Zapewnienie efektywnego procesu rekrutacji - zatrudnianie kompetentnych, utalentowanych osób, które posiadają "Ducha Sii" i podzielają nasze wartości.
Zarządzanie zespołem: Wyznaczanie SMART celów kwartalnych i rocznych, planowanie i monitorowanie KPI oraz wspieranie członków zespołu w razie potrzeby.
Onboarding: Witamy nowych pracowników w Sii, dbając o to, by czuli się zintegrowani i wspierani od pierwszego dnia pracy.
Rozwiązywanie konfliktów: Proaktywne zarządzanie dynamiką zespołu i rozwiązywanie konfliktów, jeśli się pojawią.
