We are looking for a Senior Network Monitoring Specialist who will deliver holistic network monitoring capabilities by gathering operational status insights, with a strong focus on maximising end-user experience and productivity. The role is responsible for designing and implementing network monitoring solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy automation initiatives. It enables proactive and efficient monitoring and alerting of complex network infrastructure, ensuring early detection and resolution of issues. The role also involves close collaboration with Domain Connectivity teams to configure and implement relevant performance metrics.
We are seeking a technically strong professional with deep knowledge of network systems who can contribute effectively to enhancing organisational performance. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to improve monitoring effectiveness, support operational excellence, and align with the organisation’s vision and strategic direction.
