We are looking for a PMO Specialist to join a global financial services organization. In this role, you will support project governance, delivery monitoring, and coordination across multiple initiatives, working closely with stakeholders and senior management.

You will play a key role in ensuring project quality, tracking progress, and supporting planning and risk management activities within a structured PMO environment.

We are looking for immediate joiners, and the role requires five days' presence in the office.

Your tasks

Monitoring project delivery and tracking OKRs
Tracking project milestones and progress across initiatives
Ensuring compliance with internal project methodologies and quality standards
Supporting organization of status meetings and stakeholder communication
Reviewing and analyzing project risks to ensure safe execution and profitability
Supporting project planning, scheduling, estimation, and coordination activities
Contributing to knowledge management across the project lifecycle

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in a PMO or project coordination role
Very good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and quality
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including interaction with senior stakeholders
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively
Fluent English (minimum B2 level)

Nice to have

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, or Clarity PPM
Knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI, Agile, Waterfall)
Understanding of financial services or the banking domain

Twoje zadania

Monitorowanie realizacji projektu i śledzenie OKR
Śledzenie kamieni milowych projektu i postępów w różnych inicjatywach
Zapewnienie zgodności z wewnętrznymi metodologiami projektowymi i standardami jakości
Wspieranie organizacji spotkań dotyczących statusu i komunikacji z interesariuszami
Przeglądanie i analizowanie ryzyka projektu w celu zapewnienia bezpiecznej realizacji i rentowności
Wspieranie działań związanych z planowaniem, harmonogramowaniem, szacowaniem i koordynacją projektu
Przyczynianie się do zarządzania wiedzą w całym cyklu życia projektu

Wymagania

Minimum 4 lata doświadczenia na stanowisku związanym z PMO lub koordynacją projektów
Bardzo dobra znajomość narzędzi MS Office, w szczególności Excel, SharePoint i PowerPoint
Silne umiejętności organizacyjne z dbałością o szczegóły i jakość
Skuteczna komunikacja i umiejętności interpersonalne, w tym interakcja z interesariuszami wyższego szczebla
Umiejętność pracy pod presją i zarządzania wieloma priorytetami
Silne umiejętności analityczne i rozwiązywania problemów
Umiejętność ustalania priorytetów zadań i efektywnego zarządzania obciążeniem pracą
Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego (minimum B2)

Mile widziane

Znajomość narzędzi takich jak Jira, Confluence, GitLab lub Clarity PPM
Znajomość metodyk zarządzania projektami (PRINCE2, PMI, Agile, Waterfall)
Zrozumienie usług finansowych lub domeny bankowej
