We are hiring for a Control Manager role within the Chief Control Office, supporting enterprise-wide technology risk and control initiatives. The role focuses on governance, risk and control management, process design, operational oversight, regulatory reporting, and continuous improvement of risk management frameworks. The selected candidate will be responsible for defining and maintaining risk and control processes, supporting internal and external reporting, driving governance activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen operational controls and ensure consistent risk management practices across the technology organization.

Your tasks

Supporting the design and continuous improvement of risk and control management processes in line with organizational requirements, industry standards, and best practices
Measuring and monitoring risk and control management processes to ensure objectives and desired outcomes are achieved
Executing risk, control, and governance processes in a timely, consistent, and compliant manner
Identifying and escalating exceptions in risk and control processes to leadership and relevant stakeholders
Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance existing processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Managing and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple lines of defence, including collecting feedback and providing operational support and guidance

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in Technology Risk & Control Management, Governance, or Operational Risk
Strong understanding of Risk & Control Frameworks, including KCIs, KRIs, KPIs, risk assessment, governance, and compliance processes
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
Hands-on experience in process improvement, problem-solving, operational governance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Familiarity with GRC tools such as IBM OpenPages, ServiceNow GRC, or similar Governance, Risk & Compliance platforms
Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders

Poszukujemy kandydata na stanowisko kierownika ds. kontroli w Biurze Kontroli Głównej, który będzie wspierał inicjatywy związane z ryzykiem technologicznym i kontrolą w całym przedsiębiorstwie. Stanowisko to koncentruje się na zarządzaniu ładem korporacyjnym, ryzykiem i kontrolą, projektowaniu procesów, nadzorze operacyjnym, sprawozdawczości regulacyjnej oraz ciągłym doskonaleniu ram zarządzania ryzykiem. Wybrany kandydat będzie odpowiedzialny za definiowanie i utrzymywanie procesów związanych z ryzykiem i kontrolą, wspieranie sprawozdawczości wewnętrznej i zewnętrznej, kierowanie działaniami w zakresie ładu korporacyjnego oraz współpracę z zespołami międzyfunkcyjnymi w celu wzmocnienia kontroli operacyjnych i zapewnienia spójnych praktyk zarządzania ryzykiem w całej organizacji technologicznej.

Wspieranie opracowywania i ciągłego doskonalenia procesów zarządzania ryzykiem i kontrolą zgodnie z wymaganiami organizacyjnymi, standardami branżowymi oraz najlepszymi praktykami
Pomiar i monitorowanie procesów zarządzania ryzykiem i kontrolą w celu zapewnienia osiągnięcia celów i pożądanych wyników
Realizacja procesów związanych z ryzykiem, kontrolą i ładem korporacyjnym w sposób terminowy, spójny i zgodny z przepisami
Identyfikowanie i eskalowanie wyjątków w procesach ryzyka i kontroli do kierownictwa oraz odpowiednich interesariuszy
Proaktywne identyfikowanie możliwości usprawnienia istniejących procesów i stymulowanie inicjatyw ciągłego doskonalenia
Zarządzanie i współpraca z interesariuszami w ramach wielu linii obrony, w tym zbieranie informacji zwrotnych oraz zapewnianie wsparcia operacyjnego i wskazówek

Wymagania

Co najmniej 5 lat doświadczenia w zakresie zarządzania ryzykiem technologicznym i kontrolą, ładu korporacyjnego lub ryzyka operacyjnego
Dogłębne zrozumienie ram ryzyka i kontroli, w tym wskaźników KCI, KRI, KPI, oceny ryzyka, ładu korporacyjnego oraz procesów zgodności
Doskonałe umiejętności w zakresie zarządzania interesariuszami, komunikacji i relacji międzyludzkich, a także umiejętność przekładania pojęć technicznych na język zrozumiały dla biznesu
Praktyczne doświadczenie w zakresie usprawniania procesów, rozwiązywania problemów, zarządzania operacyjnego oraz wdrażania inicjatyw ciągłego doskonalenia
Znajomość narzędzi GRC, takich jak IBM OpenPages, ServiceNow GRC lub podobnych platform zarządzania, ryzyka i zgodności
Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego (w mowie i piśmie) oraz umiejętność skutecznej współpracy z globalnymi interesariuszami
