We are hiring for a Control Manager role within the Chief Control Office, supporting enterprise-wide technology risk and control initiatives. The role focuses on governance, risk and control management, process design, operational oversight, regulatory reporting, and continuous improvement of risk management frameworks. The selected candidate will be responsible for defining and maintaining risk and control processes, supporting internal and external reporting, driving governance activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen operational controls and ensure consistent risk management practices across the technology organization.
