Warsaw is a special city for Sii Poland, as it is not only the seat of the local Branch but also the place where the company’s Headquarters and Global Pre-Sales and Delivery are located. The three organizational units constitute the Warsaw Site.

The Branch, established in January 2006, is located in a modern building at Niepodleglosci 69 avenue – an ideal place to reach our Customers or candidates. IT specializes in IT and engineering services for customers in the following sectors: Banking, Finance, Insurance, Telecommunication, Pharma, Manufacturing, Energy and Public.

While the activities of the Branch are focused on cooperation with the existing customers and acquiring new ones, the role of the Headquarters is to supply all Sii’s business unites with specialized services – Shared Services – namely: Accounting, Administration, Controlling, Legal, Human Resources, Public Relations, Marketing and PR as well as Internal IT.

As for the Global Pre-Sales and Delivery, it is a project and service oriented unit, which manages and coordinates the work of 10 Sii Competence Centers, focused on providing services in the area of: Application Development, Digital, BPM, CRM, ERP, SharePoint, Service Desk, IT Infrastructure, Testing, Engineering and Training. The ultimate goal of the organizational unit is assuring constant access to highly-skilled specialists for all Sii Branches.

    Communication Manager

    Katarzyna Domańska
    I joined Sii Poland in 2011 as a Communication Specialist to handle the public relations activities in the company. It was my initiative that the company marked its presence in social media: we created the LinkedIn and Facebook profiles. I also started publishing our quarterly corporate newsletter. At the moment, main responsibility is managing the Employer Branding activities. Soon, I will be also in charge of the Sii foundation and CSR activities.

    I joined Sii in 2010 as a .NET Developer and I was assigned to a project in mBank . Five years later I got the opportunity to move to the PSD department. I was promoted to the position of Architect and  technical Team Leader of a 15 person team of .NET Developers in the Application Development and Maintenance Competence Center.

    Piotr Kromołowski
    I started my career at Sii Poland as a trainee. At that time all I wanted was to improve my skills as a Developer. In fact, I had a great opportunity to participate in a significant project of developing internal application. When it turned out that there is a job opening in IT Infrastructure Department, without a moment of doubt I applied for the post. Thankfully, I was selected and since 2013 I have been heading the IT Infrastructure Department.

    My adventure at Sii Poland started in 2006, in fact, the year when the company was established. Since the very beginning, I found all the activities connected with HR, Administration and Sales extremely amusing. With the company's expansion, encouraged by Greg, the founder of the company, I set all my attention on Sales and become an Account Manager. The next step in my career path was the post of Manager of one of the Departments, and since 2010 I am the Head of Financial Services.
