BUR is a nationwide platform managed by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP). It enables entrepreneurs, their employees (and in selected regions, also individual professionals) to access high-quality educational services with the possibility of cost reimbursement.

The main beneficiaries are employees of the SME sector. In some regions (under regional programs), sole proprietors (individuals running a business) or unemployed individuals can also apply for funding.
Limits are determined by Regional Operational Programs. Usually, there is a limit per employee (e.g., PLN 5,000 – 8,000) and a limit for the entire enterprise.
If you benefit from funding of at least 70%, you are entitled to a VAT exemption based on § 3 sec. 1 item 14 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of December 20(th), 2013, regarding exemptions from tax on goods and services and the conditions for applying these exemptions.
We provide full substantive support regarding the scope of the training and deliver the necessary certificates and course curricula required by the Operators. The application for funds itself must be submitted by the entrepreneur to their regional Operator.
