The tool had to support data aggregation from different hospitals and many sources, so users could work with a broader view of hospital information in one reporting environment.
A key requirement was the ability to move from a general overview to a more detailed data view using flexible filters. This was especially important for analyzing patient visit data, including medical service, length of stay, diagnosis, and place of treatment. The organization required a reporting solution that could turn dispersed hospital data into accessible dashboards and reports.

Developing an end-to-end reporting environment
The goal of the project was to create a reporting environment that would combine data preparation, dashboarding, and flexible analysis in one practical solution.
Sii specialists started by analyzing and comparing available tools, then developed a platform that allowed the client to prepare and clean data from different hospitals and turn it into usable reports.
The scope of work included:
- Analyzing tools – comparing different reporting and analytics tools before implementation
- Developing a data preparation platform – creating an environment for cleaning and preparing hospital data from multiple sources
- Integrating reports and dashboards – attaching reports to dashboards and adapting them to the client’s needs
- Creating patient visit analytics – building dashboards covering medical service, length of stay, diagnoses, place of treatment, and other key visit inputs
- Enabling discharge-based analysis – supporting analytics for patient visits based on the date of discharge
- Developing COVID-19 insights – creating dedicated dashboards with additional insights and the ability to distinguish COVID-19 symptoms from those of other diseases, such as flu
A clearer view of hospital data across the organization
