The challenge

What we did
- Delivered a small Agile team of Java developers to meet the initial requirements,
- Added a business analyst, architect and QA specialist to the project team to be ready to design an automated customer service system,
- Provided a small DevOps team to support the dev teams.
Effects
- Built a number of proof of concepts to choose the best technologies meeting the requirements,
- Helped analyze the requirements and systematize them,
- Prepared the solution concept for the semi-automated customer service system,
- Built a part of the system based on the architecture of microservices.
