The challenge
The client needed to improve the effectiveness of training in internal production procedures. The existing, unclear materials required the use of multiple documents at the same time. This resulted in a low exam pass rate after the training and translated into a poor quality of work.What we did
- Proposed and created onboarding e-learning trainings, consolidating existing materials, with the use of Articulate Storyline 360 and Adobe CC 2021
- Edited the content and presented it in a coherent, interactive form, allowing employees to quickly find key elements, based on the client's brandbook
