The challenge
The company implemented SAP/4HANA with another partner. After 6 months of the project duration, it was impossible to identify the state of the project for the most important KPIs - time, budget, and percentage of project advancement. No risks have been identified or reported.What we did
- Took over project management and provided consulting services.
- Confirmed the scope of the project and project products.
- Determined the status of the implementation of tasks within the project.
- Built a schedule based on the current project needs.
- Defined the product acceptance criteria, the organizational structure of the project, and a description of roles and responsibilities in the project.
- Implemented Atlassian tools to track the progress of the project.
