The client needed the Office 365 adoption program covering trainings, consultancy, planning, and proper communication for end-users and stakeholders, to build a modern digital workspace.

Delivered Office 365 adoption program for Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Yammer for 15 companies in the group covering:
- Office 365 business champions workshops and trainings
- Business case identification/sharing
- Setup of a dedicated Office 365 Adoption Portal
