About the client
A leader in the Polish pharmaceutical market and one of the major drug manufacturers in the region of Central and Eastern Europe. The company works on the development and manufacture of novel biologics and biosimilars, including production for biotechnology companies at a worldwide range.
The challenge
The company implemented SAP/4HANA with another partner. After 6 months of the project duration, it was impossible to identify the state of the project for the most important KPIs – time, budget, and percentage of project advancement. No risks have been identified or reported.
What we did
- Took over project management and provided consulting services.
- Confirmed the scope of the project and project products.
- Determined the status of the implementation of tasks within the project.
- Built a schedule based on the current project needs.
- Defined the product acceptance criteria, the organizational structure of the project, and a description of roles and responsibilities in the project.
- Implemented Atlassian tools to track the progress of the project.
