The challenge
The production company carries out 3-year (6 years’ workload to be delivered in 3 years) change management program. Our role is to migrate key programs in the areas of production, supply chain and finances to SAP S4 HANA.
What we did
- Conducted interviews with key stakeholders.
- Implemented tools in line with Sii’s change management framework.
- Created a communications strategy.
- Developed and implemented OCM strategies.
- Developed graphic design, video, UX/UI, and provided copywriting support.
- Created e-learning content.
